ILIFA Coffee brings a unique selection of aromatic roasts, which are meticulously and sustainably sourced in small-scales from the heart of coffee farms and estates situated in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda. Single-origin raw green beans are then craft roasted and custom blended by batch by our artisans in South Africa in small-batches, yielding the pinnacle of a perfect, African-only roast.
Our roasts serve a dual purpose: empowering African farmers by circumventing intermediaries and streamlining the supply chain through equitable trade. Our foundation rests upon trading partnerships founded on the principles of respect, transparency, and justness.

ILIFA Honey stands as a pure embodiment of South African authenticity, offering 100% raw honey. All our honeys are harvested from pristine estates nestled within South Africa. Our bees roam freely amidst wild flora found exclusively in the African Cape regions. As of now, our collection boasts an array of four distinct honey flavours - Fynbos, Buffalo Thorn, Citrus, and Blueberry - which are blossoms unique to South Africa from which our bees diligently gather nectar, either through wild forage or crop pollination.
ILIFA Honey only sources from beekeepers that practice bee-centric methods that prioritises the well-being of bees and nature. With utmost respect for the bees' vital role, the beekeepers only take surplus honey, allowing the bees to retain ample sustenance for themselves and the environment they nurture. Unstrained and unpasteurised, and harvested only during its peak of ripeness, our raw honey retains its distinct flavours rich with natural enzymes and antioxidants.
